Privacy policy

This website is run by Fast Response Services Ltd (“Fast Response Roofers”, “we”), based in Cullompton, Devon. We are responsible for the personal details you send us. Questions about your data: repairs@fastresponseroofers.co.uk or 07714 187 707.

When you use our quote forms we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, town or postcode, the type of work, how urgent it is, your budget and your message. If you call or WhatsApp us, we see your number and what you send.

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, quote and carry out the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

• Resend delivers form enquiries to our inbox by email, and Vercel hosts this website. Both are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards in their data processing terms.
• VDEV, our web agency, receives a copy of form enquiries and processes them on our behalf, only to make sure the website is working.
• Google receives advertising measurement data if you accept cookies (see below).
• WhatsApp (Meta)handles any message you choose to send us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We use Google Ads cookies only to see which adverts lead to enquiries, and only if you click “Accept”. If you reject them, no advertising cookies are set. Google still receives limited, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed, with your browser type and IP address) and an ad-click reference may be carried in page links, so it can measure ad results in aggregate. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep your details with the job records for as long as we need them for guarantees, accounts and tax (usually six years).

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by contacting us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
